ACCOUNT MANAGER & INSIDE SALES
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our customers are at the center of everything we do. The Account Manager's main focus is to build and maintain all current customer relationships. This position requires high attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong over-the-phone and email communication
- General computer understanding including email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and/or Google Documents
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Problem Solver
- Self-starter who does not need to be micro-managed and told exactly what to do
- Operate as the lead point of contact for wholesale customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Assist with customer feedback and issues, if they arise
- Look for ways to grow relationships with customers
- Create plans and schedules to share new designs, best sellers, etc. with current customers
- Identify growth opportunities with retailers
- Occasionally help with order processing/packaging
- Approximately 4 weeks of travel expected per calendar year for trade shows
