Return Policy

HOME INSURANCE
We stand behind every one of our products. If your item has a manufacturing or workmanship defect and you are not 100% satisfied, please reach out to us.

Clearance Items: All sales are final.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
The My State Threads team, as well as our partners and beneficiaries, really hope you will be satisfied with your purchase and appreciate your support!  Since we are operating in times of a severe crisis within our industry, and with a scaled down operation, we are limited on our ability to offer much flexibility in terms of exchanges and/or returns.  In the event an item does not work out for you as far as fit; we encourage you to pass the love onto a family member, friend, neighbor or someone else in need.

All sales will be considered final with a few exceptions.

EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days after confirmed delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your exchange, we will require an official form to be included with the shipment.
If you need to request an exchange please send us an email at support@mystatethreads.com and wait for further steps before processing.
